1:18 Kyosho based model for Bob Stark, commissioned as a Birthday present.

Bob's 7  The original model comes with a BDR engine and S-type seats - Bob had a Crossflow and bench seats, along with a rear exit exhaust.

Bob's 7    If you get close enough you can read the tax disc, which is about 3mm in diameter.

Bob's real 7          This is one of the many photographs that Bob provided of his car in order for me to get all the detail correct.

Milling        I have invested in a small modelers multi-tool to help make these models. It consists of a lathe, drill etc and most useful of all a milling machine. This is a heatsink for Bob's car

1:18 Kyosho 7   This is a picture of a Kyosho model that I have taken apart. There is a surprising amount of detail in these die-cast models - I add more!

1:18 Kyosho 7 As it comes out of the box, before I dismantle it. They also do a flared wing model, and a JPE. I use whichever is closest to the customers spec of car.

R665 CMX  This is the first Caterham model I made. It was made as a Birthday present for Peter Carmichael. This well known car  - star of Clash of the Titans - is shown pre-Curborough.

I made this model also as a sort of 'thank you' from Tessa and I for all the help and advice Peter gives us with our car. Blatchatters will be very familiar with his advice and comments on Blatchat and Tech Talk!

Upgraditis even hits models - Peter's car now has a full roll cage!
