All of our trips to Abbeville have been with Lotus on Track, so it is mainly Elises and Exiges on track, but numbers are always managable.
Some arty shots of plastic cars in the sun.
A very graceful spin in the sun!
This very tidy F40 turned up one day...
...owned by the circuit owner, an ex-Ice racing Champion and French rally star.
The circuit also runs a driver training school with a fleet of Scoobies and Evos...
... as well as some single seater cars.
Rather nice Renault Alpine is just one of the very nice collection of cars that reside in the hangers by the circuit, along with the owners helicopter!
A few of the smaller toys hidden within....
Not sure I'd fit though!
Picture taken from the back-left of the circuit, looking back towards the tower and paddock.
Look over your shoulder from the shot above and you see a large runway! This was the site of a Luftwaffe Airfield in the war, and is still used today, though mainly by Cessna and microlights.
I think in the past it must have been used by the French Air Force, as this jet outside the entrance shows.
Low flying?
Its a Dassault!
Much slower planes use the airfield now!
This microlight school provided flights to trackday users on one of LOT's trips, providing an excellent view of the circuit, no doubt.
Arty microlight shots....
Inside one of the wings.
Even more Low Flying!! (For those who don't know, Low Flying is the title of the L7Club magazine.)
